The first phase of the villa project consists of three villas, each equipped with three bedrooms, one study room, a kitchen, and a living room. Due to the cool climate in Harare during summer, air conditioning units are not required in large numbers for each household.

The customer plans to install only one air conditioning unit per villa. Based on the customer's electricity consumption and the number of electrical appliances, we recommend installing a 5kW off-grid single-phase system for each villa to meet the household's electricity needs. This system can power simple loads such as an air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, computer, and lights. We also suggest installing the solar panels on the north-facing roof with an inclination of approximately 17 degrees (as Zimbabwe is located at approximately 17 degrees south latitude).

Therefore, this project requires a total of three 5kW off-grid single-phase systems.
