Our main task was to provide installation guidance. Following our installation manual, we properly connected all the wiring and ensured it was routed to their distribution panel. Once all the wiring was in place, we conducted a thorough inspection to verify the correctness of the connections, including those from the MPPT controllers, batteries, inverters, outputs, and mains power. We also checked for any potential short circuits.
After confirming everything was in order, we proceeded to switch on the system. We started by turning on the battery switch, followed by the switches of the four MPPT controllers, and then the master switch for the MPPT controllers. Next, we activated the battery switch on the inverter to allow the power to flow in, and subsequently, we turned on the output switch of the inverter to supply power. Finally, we switched on the main distribution panel.
The local technicians also recorded a video explaining the installation process and important considerations for the off grid 150KW solar system.
After running for two days, the hospital's management conducted an acceptance inspection of the entire solar system, and we successfully completed the handover ceremony.
