How to match the right off-grid inverter?

A customer wanted to install an off-grid solar system for his farm, and the main load was a 7.5KW fish feed machine and 10KW crusher mixer machine, three-phase 380V, why does the inverter need to use 35KW, and they are not working at the same time. As we all know, the feed machine and mixer usually have a motor inside, and the motor is an inductive load, so the starting power needs to be considered at least 3 times. Therefore, if the 7.5kw feed machine and 10kw mixer are not started at the same time, plus other basic loads: refrigerator, lights, TV sets, etc., so we recommended 35kw; If they start working at the same time, a 60KW inverter is recommended.
