15kw 192V single phase house used solar power system in Philippines generation feedback problem:

Q: Even if there sunshine is goods and load  power is inconsistent. The charging sometime is high and sometime is low

A: This is a normal performance. as can be seen from the video, the battery is now full and the controller is charging at a constant voltage.  this monment, the controller is limiting photovoltaic power generation because the battery has no capacity to store electricity.  the controller is dynamically adjusting the photovoltaic power to keep the battery full and supply power to the load. At the time, if increase the load power,  the controller power will also increase.

The battery is fully charged and is currently in the balanced charging stage. The charging will end in 10 minutes because lithium batteries cannot be charged for a long time. Stop charging and wait for the battery to discharge some electricity and  then to be charged. The controller will automatically resume charging.

Look at the power generation curve here. It's looks good.  From morning to noon, when the sun is not good in the morning, the power generation of the solar panel is only half. Starting from 10 o'clock, the highest power is close to full power, which proves that the solar panel can generate power at full power when the sun is good. Our solar panels are full of power.

Tanfon guarantees that our solar panels are 100% fully powered. If you find that they are insufficiently powered, you can get a refund immediately.
