Installation of a 30KW Solar System only need 6 hrs?

The TANFON team arrived in Nigeria in 2024, from June 2nd to June 14th, with two engineers and two sales representatives. Within a span of 12 days, we successfully installed four sets of 30KW solar systems and one 150KW solar system. We also conducted follow-up visits to a customer who had a 30KW solar system installed in 2022 and another customer who had a 150KW solar system installed for their factory in 2019.

Due to our tight schedule, we arrived at the customer's location for the 30KW solar system installation on the afternoon of the 13th at 5:30 PM. The delivery of their equipment had not yet begun as they faced challenges with forklift availability, resulting in manual handling of the items.

From unloading to installation, the entire process took six hours (excluding solar panel installation).
Therefore, if you plan to have our Chinese engineers install your solar system in the future, please make sure to complete the following before their arrival:
1.Install the mounting structure and solar panels, but the MC4 connections can be left for the engineers to handle for a more standardized installation.
2.Secure the combiner box and MPPT controller on the wall of the control room.
3.Mount the DC circuit breaker between the MPPT controller and lithium battery on the wall.
4.Arrange the lithium batteries and solar inverters in their designated locations.
5.Prepare the necessary installation tools, such as a multimeter, screwdriver, etc.
With our engineers on-site, the entire solar system can be installed quickly, saving time and costs. 
After the solar energy system is installed, the customer's electrician will be trained on the power on/off sequence of the solar energy system and the knowledge of solar energy maintenance.
Correct use and maintenance of the solar energy system can extend the service life of your 30KW solar energy system.
