1)When you receive the goods, our system have install drawing ,use'r manuel,and install video. after shipment ,we will make one group ,our after sales service team will give you install service.

You can ask a professional electrician to learn installation and maintenance knowledge (for example: replacing accessories), which can help your system to be better maintained in the future.

3)Our solar system also has online APP then u can check the system working situation in 24hours and our engineer service team can remind you to maintain your solar system in certain time,which can make sure your solar system longer use life time.

4)Irregular return visits
Work with your electrician to inspect and evaluate the system while the engineer comes to your country to guide the installation. Check the system's performance, operating data, component status, etc. to ensure normal operation of the system.
Provide training on proper maintenance and operating systems, and collect their feedback and suggestions in order to improve products and services
