On-site Surveys of Three Commercial Solar Projects in Tanzania (Furniture Factory, SAFRI Hotel, Military Project)

Today, we engaged in discussions with the client company's team regarding their current three solar projects.

1.
Furniture Factory: This new factory recently procured equipment from China. After analyzing their electricity usage patterns, we recommended a 500KW grid-tied solar system. Their designers will assess the roof's load-bearing capacity, allowing the project to move forward seamlessly.

SAFRI Hotel: A renowned chain hotel, ranked TOP1 in the region, featuring 30 rooms equipped with a 18000 BTU air conditioner, a water heater, and a television in each room. Located in a wildlife tourism area with ample ground space for mounting structures, this hotel operates entirely off-grid. To cater to their occupancy rates and diesel consumption, we proposed a 200KW solar energy storage system.

Military Project: A 4MW project for military purposes, where their company specializes in EPC projects. They require our EPC construction guidance services, including determining solar panel orientation, overseeing equipment installation procedures, and ensuring strict adherence to layout guidelines by local installation personnel.

Furthermore, as part of this government project, we are authorizing them to undertake local government project maintenance.

The client, of Turkish descent, owns three factories and an EPC company in Tanzania. Annually procuring materials worth $3 million from China, they possess a profound understanding of collaborating with Chinese partners, evaluating suppliers based on their unique criteria.
